Arbonne International, LLC (hereinafter, “Arbonne”) respects your privacy and is providing this Privacy Policy to explain how we collect information from you, and how we use it. Please read this policy carefully.

By accessing and/or using this Web site, you consent and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth below. Arbonne reserves the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time. If we decide to change this Privacy Policy, we will post any changes on this Web site. Material changes to this Privacy Policy may also be communicated to you by e-mail or mail. If you object to such changes, we will honor our prior policies as to any data previously collected. If you disagree with changes in our policy, please do not access or use the site or Arbonne’s products or services in the future. By purchasing goods and/or using services following the posting of changes to this Privacy Policy, you agree to all such changes.

1. Collection and Use of Information.

We may collect "Personally Identifiable Information" about you (for example, your name, address, telephone number, credit card information, etc.) in order to communicate with you or provide you with goods or services that you have requested. "Personally Identifiable Information" refers to information that you provide to us through the Internet that can be used to uniquely identify you. We may also send you e-mail promotions and other information that may be of interest to you from Arbonne or from its approved partners.

Arbonne products are sold through our network of Independent Consultants except that online shopping is fulfilled and sold directly by Arbonne in connection with an Arbonne Internet Independent Consultant. If you are purchasing goods or services online from Arbonne for the first time, we will automatically route your contact information to the nearest Arbonne Internet Independent Consultant. Your Consultant will provide you with your Arbonne Identification Number to enable Arbonne to process your order online.

We will not sell, transfer or share any Personally Identifiable Information about you to any third parties outside of Arbonne and Arbonne Approved Partners who agree to honor these privacy safeguards, except under circumstances as may be required by law or to protect legal rights. Arbonne Approved Partners may include third party service providers and their independent contractors or affiliates providing goods and services as authorized by Arbonne.

We may collect, use and disclose information that is not Personally Identifiable Information (for example, we may keep track of, use or disclose aggregate statistics regarding the number of visitors to our Web site and other information that does not uniquely identify you). Typically, this data is gathered through the use of automated "cookies."

Cookies are alphanumeric identifiers that a Web site transfers to an individual's hard drive for record-keeping purposes to track site and user activity. The use of cookies is an industry standard and you will find most major Web sites use cookies. By showing how and when visitors use our site on an aggregate basis, cookies help us better determine which areas of our site are popular or useful, and which areas are not. Many improvements and updates to our site are based on such data as total number of visitors and pages viewed. In addition, we may also solicit your feedback in online surveys that are optional.

We employ some vendors to perform functions on our behalf. Examples may include fulfilling orders, delivering packages, e-mail administrative functions, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. These vendors are under a strict contractual obligation to use confidential data only for those purposes for which they are hired.

Except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, we maintain full rights to any information collected on this Web site, and may freely collect and use such information, unless prohibited by applicable law. In the event of a change in control of Arbonne or a sale of its assets, any Personally Identifiable Information or other information owned by Arbonne may be transferred to such successor, but only if the successor remains bound by this Privacy Policy.
2. Children.

This Web site is intended for use by adults and minors over the age of 13. Arbonne does not knowingly collect or use information from minors under the age of 13.

3. Privacy Practices of Third Parties and Advertisers.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to any Personally Identifiable Information obtained, held or used in connection with any of Arbonne’s Web sites located outside of the United States and its territories.  Please visit Arbonne’s country specific Web sites if you require information on the privacy policy applicable to that Web site.

To the extent that you disclose Personally Identifiable Information to any advertisers, linked sites or other third parties, different rules may apply to their use or disclosure of Personally Identifiable Information, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before disclosing Personally Identifiable Information to them.

4. Access or Corrections to Your Information.

Our contact information is set forth in section 6 below. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate all such requests.
